Chef Joshua Wilkins

A Runnells, IA native, Josh began his culinary career as a teen in restaurants in the Des Moines area before graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. From there his culinary journey took him from New York to New Orleans and St. Paul, working with culinary luminaries like Frank Brigsten, Emeril Lagasse, and Isaac Toups.

Wilkins Private Dining is born from Josh’s desire to share over 20 years of culinary experiences, a refined craft, and exceptional personal service with guests. Josh uses that foundation to deliver an elevated, tailored evening in the comfort of your home.
